Shoulder Dystocia

For a patient experiencing shoulder dystocia, suprapubic pressure may help to push baby's shoulder off of the symphysis pubis.
For a patient experiencing shoulder dystocia, suprapubic pressure may help to push baby's shoulder off of the symphysis pubis. This may be combined with McRoberts maneuver (tightly flexing the patient's legs to the abdomen).
